IMPORTANCE ANNOUNCEMENT CONCERN 5th MUCE GRADUATION

All MUCE candidates who have successfully completed their studies and
qualify for the University of Dar es Salaam Degree award in 2012/2013
academic year are hereby informed that the GRADUATION CEREMONY for
conferment of these awards will be held as follows:
MUCE 5TH GRADUATION CEREMONY
Date: 07th December, 2013 at 08:00 am
Venue: College Sport Grounds (Graduation grounds)
Graduands intending to participate in the Graduation Ceremony should write to
the Graduation Ceremony Committee as follows:

The letter should reach the respective office not later than 15th November, 2013
Graduands wishing to hire academic costumes will be required to collect, fill
and return Agreement Forms to the respective office at least one day before the
date for collection of the costumes indicated. Agreement forms can be collected
from the Admissions and Examinations Office, MUCE/BLK/002 Building,
Mkwawa University College of Education.

Interested graduands will be required to pay a non-refundable hire fee of Tshs.
42,000/= as follows: Tshs 40,000/= being the cost of hiring the Graduation
costume plus Tsh 2,000/= as Convocation fee, at least two (2) days before the
date indicated for the collection of the Graduation costumes. The costumes
MUST also be returned within three (3) days after the Graduation as per
the Agreement.

A Constituent College of the University of Dar es Salaam
All payments should be made to the CRDB Bank, Mkwawa University
College, Account No. 01J1071134808, before the Graduation costumes can be
collected.
Graduation costumes will be issued at the MUCE Graduation Office, Room
No. 23, only against the original payments slips and filled Agreement Forms
on the following dates for all Graduands:

1. Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (FoHSS)
 Monday 25th November, 2013 from 11:00am to 4:00pm
 Tuesday 26th November, 2013 from 11:00am to 4:00pm
 Wednesday 27th November, 2013 from 11:00am to 4:00pm
 
2. Faculty of Education (FoED)
 Thursday 28th November, 2013 from 11:00am to 4:00pm
 Friday 29th November, 2013 from 11:00am to 4:00pm
3. Faculty of Science (FoSc.)
 Monday 02nd December, 2013 from 11:00am to 4:00pm
 Tuesday 03rd December, 2013from 11:00am to 4:00pm
 

Note: Graduation costumes will not be issued after 03rd December, 2013.

All Graduands will meet their own travel, lodging and incidental
expenses.
All Graduands expecting to take part in the Graduation ceremony shall be
required to attend a compulsory Rehearsal on Friday 6th December, 2013
starting 2:00 pm at the College Sports grounds otherwise they will not be
allowed to take part in the Graduation ceremony. Prize Award Ceremony for
best performing students will take place concurrently on the same day and
venue.
The College shall post the announcement and other important information at the
College Website (www.muce.ac.tz).
